This is a poor company and i have little use for them as a provider.They have taken money out of my bank account, then turned around in the same breathe and told me that i owe moneybthat they have already collected even after they admitted they had a system error.
When i offered to provide bank records to substantiate my claim, they told me what i had did not matter to them. The customer service was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to provide a solution or apology.
I thought this was an isolated incident; however, i have several friends and family that have these services and they are having similar issues as well as others.I have full intentions of cancelling services and contacting my attoney to get a resolution.
