This is a poor company and i have little use for them as a provider. They have taken money out of my bank account, then turned around in the same breathe and told me that i owe moneybthat they have already collected even after they admitted they had a system error.
When i offered to provide bank records to substantiate my claim, they told me what i had did not matter to them. The customer service was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to provide a solution or apology.
I thought this was an isolated incident; however, i have several friends and family that have these services and they are having similar issues as well as others. I have full intentions of cancelling services and contacting my attoney to get a resolution.
