One daughter paid the deposit on the account for another daughter, which was paid back, but then the daughter with Direct TV cancelled service and they took the balance of cancellation from the daughter that paid the deposit. There were no attempts to contact anyone regarding this balance!

It was made imperative that that card information should NOT be stored and yet they said it was approved at the time of the deposit. It was not. The service was very bad,.

The customer service even worse! There is no way i would ever consider this company!
