I've called 5 times!!!And currently on hold for 2 hours and 45minutes, with no call back option or an estimated wait time.

Then I tried to "chat" online with them while still on hold. I expressed my feelings for being on hold for over two hours and SARAH left the *** chat! I just want to instal a fish in my new home.

And thy make you pay for the service....so I'm paying for tv but can't connect the *** box I already have!HORRIBLE SERVICE
