I was charged for a premium service that I did not consent too.After realizing this charge was on my account, I contacted them to have this problem reconciled.

After speaking with the first rep that day, I was informed my account was being notated, the charge would be credited, and the service removed. This service remained on my account for the next 6 months. I called every single month, and every time I would talk to a new representative that would tell me they had no idea what I was referring too, and they couldn't help me since I had made no attempts to have this service removed. I gave them ample time (7 months) to fix/help me with this issue, but I finally canceled my service out of principal.

I had been lied too, deceived, and was fed up with the complete lack of customer service.I will NEVER do business with this company again as this was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life by any company.
