I was charged for a premium service that I did not consent too. After realizing this charge was on my account, I contacted them to have this problem reconciled.
After speaking with the first rep that day, I was informed my account was being notated, the charge would be credited, and the service removed. This service remained on my account for the next 6 months. I called every single month, and every time I would talk to a new representative that would tell me they had no idea what I was referring too, and they couldn't help me since I had made no attempts to have this service removed. I gave them ample time (7 months) to fix/help me with this issue, but I finally canceled my service out of principal.
I had been lied too, deceived, and was fed up with the complete lack of customer service. I will NEVER do business with this company again as this was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life by any company.
