They have the worst customer service ever. You have to call several times to get an issue resolved and never works exclamation point I tried to cancel my service and I had to call 4 times because every time I called they said I was still in the system.

They did not tell me that DirecTV had to be cancelled not the AT&T which is the same company on the same bill. I am so angry with these people I can hardly see straight. They said when they send me the final bill if I don't pay within so many days they will use my account number from my bank my checking account and will take the money out.

Advise everyone not to use AT&T DirecTV U-verse xcetera! They're awful way expensive they get you a small price and then Jack it up the following month!
