This company is ridiculous.I have been with them since 2005.

I had an issue will my bill and contacted customer service. Spoke with 2 representatives that told me two different things. Then I was told someone would call or email me within the hour. I called the next day to find out the status.

I was told no one looked at the issue and to try back the next day. It's been 5 days now and no one has looked at my issue and the representative I spoke with was of no help and told me no one would be able to remove one of my charges, even though it was agreed that it was an error on their part. After mentioning several times that I wanted to speak with a supervisor I was told I would be transferred.

In total I was on the phone with a rep for 45 minutes today and after waiting for an additional 10 minutes to be transferred I hung up.How are they allowed to get away with this service!
