Very poor customer service.Disputed a charge after it was taken from my acct unauthorized.
Requested refund and itemized bill for charges. Told by supervisor I would receive refund 2-4 days. Never received refund. Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour then placed on hold by supervisor and she never returned.
Hung up and called back.Told I was not receiving a refund by another supervisor.
