I stacy james am expecting a refund from directv in the amount of $89.95 on march 3 i was told by supervisor mario to expect the refund in 3 business days i still havent received this refund this transaction was not authorized because i was told my bill wouldnt be due until second month service which would be march23 not febuary this has caused me to owe a overdraft fee and im getting the run around from directv now i just want my refund today i got mouths to feed and i dont appreciate how directv is just taking their time refunding me this money my claim# is 3246100 ref# is 4077485114 directv # is (800)531-5000 my acct# is 17091089
