My boyfriend signed up for direct tv.They needed a credit card, which he doesn't have, so he used mine.

We were told there would be NO automatic bill pay set up. Guess what, it's coming out March 22. The bill is going to his address with my name on it. He was told service would be set up the following evening.

No show. No call. The next day my boyfriend called to see when they would be out. That evening.

Guess what, no show, no call. Day 3 after he called again, he was told his first month would be free.

Nope.Btw, he never received his $100.00 visa gift card either.

Review about: Directv Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Customerservice.

Gotta have some higher standards. If the man doesn't have a credit card, it means he doesn't have credit.
