I absolutely hate direct tv.They have horrible customer service.

They send all of thier calls overseas where non American citizens who barely understand you are answering the phone. Direct TV was much better until it merged with AT&T. I am mad bc my service was out for approximately 15 days and the best the rep could do was over me $60 credit that would be stretched over a 12 month period unexpectable. Even after i voiced my concen the non English speaking rep did not try and offer at least 3 x offer or 2 x offer meaning take the offer divide it by 3 or 2 no they wanted to give me $5 off my bill.

Even after i have been a loyal customer for over 5 years really.I am disgusting with this company and i will NEVER recommend direct tv to anyone
