Customer service is the worst ever. Besides being extremely rude once they realize you are calling with a problem or complaint they will not respond to anything you ask of them without giving them your account number.
Who knows that off the top of your head. They will not look it up for you either. There are a fair amount of channels available but most of them are of limited interest and rerun their programming continuously. Cable may be a bit more expensive but their programming is much better and customer service actually means customer service!
I am astonished they can stay in business, but this customer is dumping them, even though my credit rating, which is very good, may be affected. Cable may be a bit more expensive, but for my money it is well worth it.
