WE LOVED YOUR COMPANY , BUT WHEN WE SPOKE WITH TWO OF YOUR PEOPLE ATT & DIRECT ...DIRECT PERSONNEL WERE UNCOOPERATIVE WITH US , WE EXPLAINED THAT HAD BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR ALMOST 20 YRS.

YET THE WOMAN WE SPOKE WITH STILL SAID , WE STILL CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY KIND OF PREMIUM CHANNELS FOR FREE FOR 1 YEAR ... WE COULDN'T BELIEVE YOUR PEOPLE WERE UNABLE TO WORK WITH US AT ALL , WE'RE GUESSING LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO YOUR COMPANY ... WE SWITCHED JUST OUT OF SPITE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF ... WE'RE GOING TO KEEP DISH FOR THE TWO YEAR CONTRACT AND HOPE TO COME BACK TO DIRECT , DEPENDING ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN ...
