It took me 45 mins to get a live person to speak to it was all the automation *** i was dealing with then when a live person answered she was hard to understand an she was more interested in selling a service plan.Really for the phone service this co needs people that czn speak clearly an understand english its very annoying to constantly ask what did you say an still just hear alot of jibberish.

Been a long time customer. The way ATT treats its customers is appalling.

If it wasn't for NFL i would bolt.. I hate ATT with a passion. Before they bought DTV the customer service was great and would bend over backwards to help you. Not these ***.

Im so disappointed to be a customer. Dodger situation is a joke as well.
