Service was horrible at Direct TV via the telephone. Asked for a manager about 7 timed and rep refused to get one.

She asked questions she knew or I had told her then continued to ignore my request. She called me by my first name with utter sarcasm then had the nerve to tell me she would tell me again what ever she was saying in what sounded like gutter mutter.

I hung up outraged. No call back no help and problem was not addressed.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with DIRECTV. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
