My girlfriend went to Walmart and was approached by a direct tv sales person.They fraudulently quoted her one price and got her to sign a two year contract.

She started getting bills and it was over double then what she signed up for. So far they have had terrible customer service. No one will return a call to help her get this corrected nor will they talk to her when she calls. She is a single parent and thought she was getting a good deal for her and her son.

They have done nothing but cause her stress. She sent them an email along with a email to the Attorney Generals office.

They tried calling her at work and when she could not answer because she was working, they sent her an email saying they could not reach her and closed her complaint.She has no ideal what to do and no one will help her.
