Directv Customer Care Review from Dallas, Texas
I was told upon signing up that I had up to 30 days to cancel without penality.After 5 days with different incidents decided I wanted to cancel and now getting charged for all 24 months early termination fee.
When asked how they can tell people completely false information without consequence I was told I was speaking to a Direct Star retailer not even an actual Direct TV representative!Rediculous and unorganized.
This reviewer shared experience about not as described and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). lindaf89 is overall dissatisfied with Directv. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
