I contacted direct TV by phone because I had a question about my bill and wanted to speak to a supervisor. Both times I called the representative place me on a long hold the first time for 27 mins and the second time for 36 mins both times no one ever picked the phone back up....

when my bill is due they have no problem withdrawing my money right a way but when i simply need a supervisor i get an annoying song on a waiting line ... funny how that works....

I am very tired of the horrible customer service I receive for direct TV..I have been a loyal customer for more than 3 years and have referred many friends relatives and even my employer to have services connected in the office but I am really beginning to regret it... I am currently looking else where for services being that I really feel neglected as a customer I will no longer recommend anyone to direct tv and will do my best to steer them away from it...
