I litterally spent from 1:19 pm till 4:30 pm today on the phone with direct tv to simply have service reconnected.I paid a past due balance and was charged two fees for connection and hardware.

I will at some point speak to someone who will apparently call me by Monday...

But please tell me how a person spends hours on the phone (a total of 4 different numbers and 7 individuals) unreal...How is this acceptable for your custoners?
