3 weekends in a row I wasn't helped when I had to call Direct TV. Movie rental for 48 hours not true anymore.
In 4 years I have never had this happen. Customer Service needs to be in the USA not in the Phillipines!
I was watching a movie Sunday that I paid for on Saturday for 48 hours and the movie just stopped, so I don't know the ending of the movie. When I called the rep said I had to wait until Sunday evening to watch it!
This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at DIRECTV. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants DIRECTV to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
