They are the worst.They gave me a price before installation and my bill doubled in one month.
When I called to see why the sudden increase. They claim that I requested the premium package. I know what I requested and I hadn't agreed to the premium package since it was too expensive.
They changed your plan without your knowledge and then they bill you for the higher amount hopeing you dont question it.They also forgot to tell me that there is an additional fee for the equipment every month.
