We switched to Direct tv because we were promised a $200 gift card after services wrre started. Everytime we call we get a different excuse of why we don't have the card yet.

I think it's wrong to lie to people to get them to use your product and then give them the run around.

I've contacte the BBB and thinking about contacting the Attorney General also. We may even switch back to our previous provider.
