I changed from dish to direct for $200 visa because already had att Mobil . I have called hundred of times waited over 4 months .
Card never comes. WORST customer service ever. They told me so many different reason I can't get my card but only after wait 6 weeks twice. Then wait 3 weeks.
Your service was terminated , when it wasn't. I've been told call direct, no call ATT They said no supervisors from US to talk to me. I will be shopping for new service. I'm sure dish would love to have my service back.
Bunch of *** people.
I will never recommend Direct tv to anyone. I plan on telling them all to stay away from this company.
