I changed from dish to direct for $200 visa because already had att Mobil . I have called hundred of times waited over 4 months .

Card never comes. WORST customer service ever. They told me so many different reason I can't get my card but only after wait 6 weeks twice. Then wait 3 weeks.

Your service was terminated , when it wasn't. I've been told call direct, no call ATT They said no supervisors from US to talk to me. I will be shopping for new service. I'm sure dish would love to have my service back.

Bunch of *** people.

I will never recommend Direct tv to anyone. I plan on telling them all to stay away from this company.

Same issue, debit card of 200 dollars promised however when trying to collect that, all service reps were acting like this was foregin. Glad to see someone else had the same issue.

Forwarded my issue to the BBB I just want to be done but they insisting on the 500 dollar cancellation fees. The irony is they will offer me 200 dollar rebates to my bill every time I call.
