So ever since AT&T bought Direct I have had nothing but trouble! Everytime I call I am on hold for about an hour.
I moved and they were able to hook up my Direct TV but not my Uverse because they couldn't find my address in the system...as if this address doesn't exist! Yet the tech who came to fix a problem with my dish drove up in an AT&T van!
I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy!! Don't give this company your business!
