Called to cancel my ATT/ DIRECTV service and was told if I broke my contract I would have to pay 20$ a month. I had 7 months left on my 2 year contract and asked to speak to a manager and the service rep Gabriel out of tennesee ID 66454 service rep refused to let us speak to a manager.
Thought I was talking to Comcast for a moment.
We ended up calling back and just got the run around. Super disappointed and like with all previous AT&T services I will never use them agian and not refer them.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
