Had Storms last night Friday my service went out won't be able to get service to get it working again until Monday.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I will definitely NOT renew my service.Getting to someone on the phone was very difficult.

A few days after installation we had some rain and I lost connectivity. Called CS and was told to expect this as weather is out of their control. Last night the program all of a sudden froze.

About 10 min later my programming came back on but had to get back to the taped show and find my place.What a terrible product!
