Directv. Dishonest. Won't refund $300.
I'm really pissed off.I paid $300 dlls in advance to DirecTV to get my service installed.
After a couple of tech visits, they determined that dish could not be installed in my apartment. I called to get the refund and they promised that within 3 to 5 business days I would get my refund. Nada. I called again and they made sure that my order was cancelled, gave me the cancellation number and again promised me that I'd receive the refund in 3-5 business days.
15 days and nothing. Nada. I call again and they tell me that the order was not cancelled, but still in the "pending" state. It's been almost two months after all started.
I'm sure DirecTV has a great product, but their customer service sucks.I don't want to do business with dishonest people.
Monetary Loss: $300.
