After receiving what looked to be a nice package (April 2014), the technician failed to explain any additional charges, assuring me the agreed to price. Questions were ignored as he rambled through some management turds scripted questionnaire...

The monthly bill was about 40 bucks more than agreed to... The brochures 'mouse print' (hard to read even with reading glasses) vaguely stated 'additional charges' may apply... After over-billing (12 days of service only) I started to call... pathetic people, one after another, tried to get me to accept the higher price.

Finally, someone offered to remove additional charges when I canceled service... I don't deal with lies very well. Now they insist I pay a 450 dollar disconnect fee. I sent all the required stuff back.

AT&T messed up buying these bozos (100 billion?)...

huge mistake! Read a book...
