I had a satellite dish installed by Directv on the roof of my second story house.They decided the location not me.
In the last storm it went out of position and I needed service. I was informed that Directv can no longer go on the roof; how in the world do you have a satellite dish company and not go on a roof. My roof is not dangerous; I have been up there many times. The technician which came to my house, Jose, was very unhelpful and stormed off my property not offering any positive course of action.
I have been a directv customer for over 10 years and I have never experience such lousy customer service.I have now been without service for over a week with no solution in sight.
