Ive been a customer since 1997. Called last month to see about hd dvr.
Represenative offered me free hd dvr and asked if it was going to replace a receiver or go in another room. I told them after a lengthy conversation that I would tell the installer.Waited all next day and no call from installer. Called dtv and was told that I told them I would let them know and the offer was not valid today.
I explained that was not the case and spoke with supervisor and.she agreed that I was correct, BUT,,, would only offer me a $50. off receiver since my account didnt have a flag for special offer.My subscription is up this month and I am glad.
