Called 3 times to get service on my iPhone...I already have an account with Direct TV. I couldn't do it. They have my iPhone number and I could use a code for them to access tv services to my phone... Why do they need my access card, e-mail, password etc.I never could accomplish what I set out to do,so I am partially paying for a service I can't access.

Since taken over by AT&T this service is terrible. Im considering going back to Dish! All it takes is cloud cover and the satellite goes off. Its rediculous. I had a repair done and my picture quality has been dusty since. Very angry
