Directv - Don’t push that delete button

If you accidentally delete a show you recorded, there is no way to recover it. I was a Dish customer for years and from time-to-time, I accidentally deleted a show. It was simple to un-delete it within 48 hours. BUT NOT with Direct TV. It seems after so many complaints about this, the “tech wizzards” at Direct TV can’t figure it out. When you really want it, you are left very disappointed.

DirecTV Genie-2

Horrible. G2 constantly loses signal, freezes every 15 minutes. And is overall SLOW SLOW SLOW. This buggy system should have NEVER been released to the public. I’m going back to Xfinity/Comcast as soon as I can. Stay away. This system warrants a class action lawsuit at a minimum.

Directv - Recodings are freezing up.

Any programs you record on tbe DVR are freezing up. My neighbor called to get it fixed and they signed him up with anotber contract he didn't ask for or want. Now mine is freezing up. My contract is due to expire soon. I can't wait. I am NOT calling. I have HATED Direct from day one. DISH is by far the best of the 2. HATE,HATE,HATE DirectTV.

Constant discrepancy in cost. Customer service gives one price that doesn't match bill. Being charged for equipment that i no longer use. The frustrating disconnect between customer service and technical support.
