Worst worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. Have been dealing with an issue for two months trying to get my money back for an equipment return fee they charged me when I have a tracking number that shows delivered!

This is back from the beg of January and it's already the middle of March. I have spent more time on the phone with them trying to get this resolved then worth the money They owe me and prob some new grey hair from how poor this company handles things.

I will never ever use DirecTV again and have actually had my sister and mom cancel their subscription bc of this. Zero stars for Direct TV worst company ever!
