DIRECTV - Cable Installation Review
Direct TV claims that if an installer installs cable and damages your home they are not liable. They first try to say if you rent to someone, the renter said he owned the property.
Well when this is proven wrong, they change gears and send it to a 3rd party claims, Tina Loman AGL Claims Analyst and her flunky Joe Honcharik who is a piece of work. Both sound like robots and keep saying over and over a release was signed by the customer. This is not the truth the customer or renter was not there and the property owner had know knowledge of such a shotty installation. The installer was so lazy he just drilled on the side of the house about 2.5 to 3 feet above the ground with black cable on newly installed white vinyl, then drilled through the wall next to a electrical plug.
The installer says this was a good installation. After leaving the property he had a next door neighbor to sign his completion form and drove off. His scheduled appointment was never met due to his on reconocess.
Now I'm suppose to like this and accept this faulty work. I have been denied but this is just my starting point.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
