I just spent the last hour on the phone with DIRECTV .... When I signed up several weks ago ; they promised me a "$200 Reward Card" for Returning to DirecTV ...

was suppose to be here in three weeks ...

It isn't here ..

so when I call ; I get transferred around to over SIX Different People , Put on Hold FOUR Times , and Disconnected Three Times .... Just so the last *** I spoke with could tell me that there is NOT a "Reward" Card or any other type card mentioned in my order ; so there will be NO Reward card coming after all .....

Now; I need to find the Corporate Office of DirecTV ; and their CEO , so I can really *** andraise *** for awhile over thier fraudent manner in which they get their customers ....

I have moved my service twice now. Each time they mess up my bill and it takes hours of phone calls and several months to get it corrected.

They never fulfill their promises. I can understand your frustration. I am switching to an indoor antenna, Netflix and Hulu.

Not only will I not have to deal with their customer service, but I will save over $80 a month! Yoo Hoo!

I just had the same exact thing happen to me...I will never go back when my contract is up
