Directv fraudulent charges
I cancelled my Directv service and they said I ordered five movies by remote control through a phone line that I never even had and they said they could not do anything about it.They want to hold on to my refund and are trying to find ways to keep it.
They said the card that I sent back to them had movies on them from
year 2008 that I never ordered or heard of and could not order because I did not have a phone line connected. THIS IS THEFT!
