Directv harassing phone calls
On Jan 20, 2012, I cancelled Directv service.Over the next two days I received several phone calls from them agressively trying to convince me to renew their service.
I told them I wasn't interested . Evidently they did not believe me. Since Jan 31 I have received at least 1 phone call per day. Never anyone on the line, just dead air.
I called twice telling them to stop calling me - they are still calling. These calls have gone from annoying to harassment.
What makes Directv think these tactics will win them customers.I would rather go without TV than do business with Directv again.
