On Jan 20, 2012, I cancelled Directv service. Over the next two days I received several phone calls from them agressively trying to convince me to renew their service.

I told them I wasn't interested . Evidently they did not believe me. Since Jan 31 I have received at least 1 phone call per day. Never anyone on the line, just dead air.

I called twice telling them to stop calling me - they are still calling. These calls have gone from annoying to harassment.

What makes Directv think these tactics will win them customers. I would rather go without TV than do business with Directv again.

Good luck with that. I cancelled in Sept, 2011 and I'm still getting their telemarketing calls.

If you ask for an address to sent them a cease and desist letter they refuse and swear they are taking you off their calling list.

Good luck with that because they continue to call. Someone needs to step in and put a stop to their practices.
