Directv has cost me more than I wanted to pay
I recently moved to another apartment and had to switch my service, I was told that my apartment was not in the area where I could get service.I was told that I would be contacted by Directv about my service.
I received a $287.00 bill and that was taken out of my account. Not sure why I owe $287.00, but now my account is over drawn by 87.00. I am told that I would have to wait until 10 business days to receive my money back in my account.
this is a bust and I am mad as a mother.I will never use Directv ever again and will never tell any of my friends about this company
