Directv charged my credit card for equipment that they told me not to return. Upon realizing this error, on May 16th they informed me they would credit my card within 72 hours.

They followed this verbal assurance with an email. As of today, June 10th, I have not received my refund. When I called today, they told me it was mailed yesterday, 9 June. That was a Sunday, blatant lie.

Do not give directv your credit card info. They will use it as they wish, not just to charge your monthly bill as stated but won't credit it as needed.

Monetary Loss: $219.
