Their customer service representatives are so incompetent and I could not find one single person to answer a simple question. I cancelled my account, paid the final bill and wanted to return their receivers but could not find anyone who could simply mail me a label in order to do so.

One representative hung up on me and two of their representatives transferred me to the beginning prompts that started on a crazy loop!

Ever since Directv was taken over by AT&T, their service and customer representatives have gone down the drain! They only care about their money! It is no wonder that this company reinvents itself under new names to confuse the public.

Monetary Loss: $200.

you only have a certain length of time(14days?) to return their boxes,otherwise they will charge you for them.Be sure to get a tracking# to prove they get them when they do send the boxes and most of all watch your bank account
