DIRECTV has the worst customer service!
I switched over because I was promised a two year low rate.at the end of the first year my price doubled.
I have contacted them several times, speaking to several people including managers and have not been able to resolve anything. Each person I speak to gives me a different justification. All they say is, I understand that but the price is only for a year. Seriously!
I am trying to tell them that is not what I signed up for.
They refuse to work with me and basically gave me the run around.The representatives don't seem to have the knowledge required and misinform customers, and because of this we the customers end up paying for their mistakes!
