Ordered hbo and was told i had to renew my 24 month agreement in order to get the hbo special discount. Since my old agreement was 2 months away from ending, i said sure.

Heres where the problem is, i was given a new choice plan for $39. That never happened & since "there are no notes" no ine will do anything to correct. Not a huge deal as my old discounts basically covered the difference until February bill. Full sticker for everything (old dvr,choice plan & genie minis).

Oh wait i have a $15 credit for another month. Called customer reps multiple times all the way up to supervisors, went to Facebook, and now here. Trying to get what i agreed to back in Nov and never received. No one can do a thing as its not an option available in the computer.

I've never had any issues with direct tv until AT&T bought them.

Since CS has gone downhill & prices keep climbing. I was planning to also switch my cell from sprint to at&t but not anymore.
