We have the service of the direct tv since 2009 to 2015 that i want to cancel the service. The issue is i complaint 5 times about the DVR i upgrade last april 2015 its freeze up and i need to reset or sometimes turn of the power to get fix.
And they telling me i need to pay the cancellation fee for that upgrade for the dvr that its been freeze up and i did tel them whats going on, but nobody came to fixed it or replace it and they said i need to pay for the cancelation. Im gonna file big a complaint about this.
And usually if you call direct tv they give you reference number or the conversation is recorded. Good to me.
