We have used direct t.v for a year.We for most part have pretty good reception.

From time to time picture turns into blocks and way behind sound. Then it goes away. The review we are writing is beyond any customers comprehension. We have ordered over 50 movies in last year and charged 5.99 for 2-3 days depending on h.d or regular TV.

This is our hard earned money and to have it shut off 7 or 12 hours in middle of movie....get on phone with a computer....which let me tell you...is not a person sending you all over their phone system...or you sit and repeat repeat repeat...only to be delayed from the family which is watching you get frustrated. Only to have the person that is your customer service representative so they can't send a tech out or it's a glitch in the system that they could never fix. We were watching ben-hur only to have it stop and ask us to pay agian....why would direct t v not care enough to realize this feature that they offer with their package...is their responiblity. One customer service rep got into it with wife.

She said oh!You can rent it again....she flipped out...my wife said you are stealing peoples money.....you take our 5.99 and want to charge us and inconvenience us...only to tell us to pay agian....that if they didnt restart money she was calliing better buissness Bureau...on them we are sitting here looking at our bill over last year....and 5.99 ...we have paid for 38 movie only to be short changed...and my wife tonight is yelling in background to send a tech out and find problem....cause family had to leave that came to watch this movie with us....only to turn off 24 min in and now a hour later.....and family has to leave...wife in tears...nope....the customer service rep said look credit you back....and that is why we will be trying dish or someone else....we know its not a perfect world things happen....but to not care about what your customers...is going through after 38 rentals....is pure...and simply wrong.....and when familys are coming together and count on thier service....only to have it ruined.....is a very sad company....and mine and my familys review....you lost a customer......if we dont get results....we will be using you to interview next company we give our money to....since you feel need to steal peoples.
