Worst service ever.. ordered a ppv fight and it didnt play, so then called customer service only to find out i got charge twice for the same show.

Never the less I called them and they refused to reverse the service.

I am an employee by the way. I tried to cancel service but they wanted $400

Exact same thing happened to me. This company was bad but now that ATT has bought them it is worse.

Poor service, Poor customer service, Poor technology. I am looking for alternatives.

Our government sticks their noses in every thing else, why are they not fixing this? Oh I forgot the lobbyists are taking ATT /Directv on vacations and out to lavish dinners and entertainment.
