Directv - Incompetent customer service!
Finally decided to close our Directv account to save some $.Immediately returned their equipment in the pre-paid box they provided.
3 weeks later I have an equipment non-return fee of $195 hit my bank account! I called and speak to customer service and they say the system shows the equipment was returned, but there must have been a system glitch! Apologies all around and said the credit would now post in 5-10 days. 17 days later...nothing.
Called and spoke to another customer service and they tell me another system glitch/error must have occurred!!!! but not to worry they will resubmit and I will be repaid my $195 in another...
5-10 days.Freaking ridiculous!
