Directv - Larry came to install new 4K box...SCREW UP OUR HOME!
Larry came to install 4K. Screwed up our internet connection and land lines. Tried to get someone to come BACK OUT TO FIX OUR HOME THAT THEY SCREWED IP! Now they are saying we have to wait three days for fixed. Larry the one who came and messed everything up was supposed to leave his contact information. He could not even get that right. Did not leave anything but a really messed up home!

Had me spend my $200 to set up , waited 2 weeks for the technician just for him to say , i don’t have no signal and i can’t get it. I need my money back. Should have told me that from the very beginning. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! i do not recommend direct tv .

I am a new customer - Atnt represenative never mentioned a $99 fee during installiation. Customer service was terrible. I will be cancelling with a fee and never going back to direct tv. Will be sharing my experience with multimedia.
