Directv - Waste of my time

I would think it would be easy to get direct tv but if i was wrong. Lost two days of work cause of this clowns. They call you, text you, and email you that you appointment is till good but the day comes they call u that its been dispatch and technician should get there so but youll been there waiting. And u call customers service and they let you know they would be able to make it!
