We were told by the installer that he was leaving to get some equipment. After 4 hours we called Direct Tv and then received a call from the installer that he would not be returning. Wasted a whole day. Horrible service.

Ordered wireless service company came and installed wired service. Tech drilled in my new hardwood floors. Called direct tv while tech was at house they said it was not techs fault it was there fault. No call back to resolve issue.
