Directv - Customer service tech support nonexistent

I had directv installed 6 days ago they only installed 3 of 4 mini genies the technician was here for 6 hours . 5 of those on phone with direct tv. They couldnt. Figure it out .I called spent 6 hours on phone with directv I was hung up on twice. They had asked for my phone number in case we were disconnected noone called back. No resolution.. technician came backtoday after 3 more hours on phone with directv saying they couldnt activate phone tech supervisor finally got everything hooked up I also asked to talk to a supervisor at directv was told he would call within an hour that was 4 days ago they truly don o t care

Directv in El Cajon, California - Disgusting!

Signed up at Costco, installation date set as well. Then get an email from AT&T that our order was cancelled. Called and asked why, with no explanation. Reran new order, and continue to get emails of insufficient info and cancellation threat. After repeating same info more than two times, decided to cancel. If these people cant establish a new customer, there must be inherent problems with the company. I can see what lies ahead with service. Ill stay away...

Yes I have problems and he was there to try to fix. It is also a relatively new instal, installed in Oct.

2018. It has been problems from beginning. As of last night my issues continue. I have Vizio E55-E1 and nearly all my programs are in HD ( 1080i being best they broadcast) and I'm getting 720p quality.

Sound is maxed out (100) on some programs, I volume leveling OFF. This is 5% of my problems with to little time to go into the other 95%.
