Very bad experience.. I believed Directv's commercials,
Incorrect installation, AND I PAID FOR IT.never got a clear picture until the 10th of Oct. the second time the tech from Rapid City came out to fix it, he was very professional and did the job correctly. But of course directv wants to charge ME, for their mistakes. I should owe $62.70, but they want $100, and of course, no one is accountable. I am very tired of NOT getting what I pay for.
