Yesterday wasn't looking at switching to a direct Tv, AT&T bundle... they are one company right.
Well 1 online chat and 8 phone numbers that they asked me to call one after the other. I still did not have the plan setup as the first two people promised and I still had to call another number to schedule the AT&T installation which is seperate from the direct Tv installations ... so I made one call and cancelled everything. Three hours lost to a disfunctuonal organization, which now Wants to even get bigger ....
get your house in order.
Technology to be able to sell packages you are advertising from two branches of your company and scheduling service installation is not that complicated .... figure it out
