I was sold a package service to include TV, hpme phone, and ho speed internet. They rushed out to deliver TV service and said they would provide a delivery date within 7 days on the other services.

After no call from Directv, and after countless calls, i reached a high level manager in ATT who informed me that by government regulation they were not allowed to provide home phone and internet service in my area of Florida nor did they jave the infrastructure to do so. I was lwft stuck and told them i would cancel directv in november. My final billing showed they owe me a credit of $74. After countless calls i was promised by customer service to receive the credit NLT December 20.

After not receiving it by january 4, i called yet again for a manager and after an hour on hold, was told that Finance denied the credit and I'll receive nothing.

What a bunch of crooks. I will have no future dealings with DirecTV or ATT, and discourage everyone i know from doing so as well.
