Installation appointment at 10 am, text at 950 telling me David M was on his way and would be here by 1030.No show by 1145 so I call and find out tech couldn't find us but called and we didn't answer so he cancelled our install.

Next customer service call says he was at the house even described it but no one was home...liar! We were here waiting for you but you never even got out called or left a notice. Three calls later still no TV and a lot of lies.

Waiting on another call, looking for other options and screw loyalty!They don't deserve my loyalty!
