Can't believe the horrible service I just recieved...had an appointment today to upgrade all equipment in entire house, 6 tvs, between 8 and noon.

I waited til 1 to call and find out where the technician was. They claim bad weather, which is 100 percent bull. It is cold. No travel advisories are out in entire state.

I can see for miles. Didn't recieve any notification they were not coming. And told me to reschedule after waiting weeks already. Hence I lost hundreds of dollars in wages today.

And will on the new installation date. Not pleased at all.

Last time I checked money don't grow on trees.I will be terminating servce immediately once my contract has been satisfied.
